I’m Will Cega, a Brazilian-born Designer & Art Director currently based in Berlin. Throughout my career, I’ve mixed curiosity and experimentation—where design and art direction constantly bounce off one another—to challenge the obvious.
In Brazil, I worked at Wieden+Kennedy and F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, creating craft-focused work for clients such as Ambev, Pinacoteca, Uber, Rappi and more. And in 2021, I joined Plant Studio, fulfilling a longtime dream of working alongside Bruno Oppido and João Linneu. Together, we created work for clients like Vans, Instagram-META, Costa Gold and some collabs with other creative studios.
Around the same time, I also co-founded my own studio, AÇO.ORG, with Alexandre Ruda. There, we helped shape visual identities for Nike, Pro Helvetia, SP Arte and others—pushing my work closer to the arts and exploring a more speculative visual approach for ideas I couldn’t always express in advertising.
Which brings me to where I am now. Berlin’s design scene has always inspired me, and since moving here, I’ve collaborated with Ogilvy Berlin, Studio Yukiko, and currently, Innocean Berlin.
